Shipping Information
Shipping usually takes between 1-21 business days. Depending on the destination country.
Shipping to Austria is € 7.00. For Germany, shipping is a flat rate of € 9.00. In all other countries we charge € 15.00.
Orders are shipped with Fedex, DHL, Hermes, Deutsche Post or Österreichische Post.
Orders are shipped and delivered to a valid postal address only on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
Tracking information will be emailed when the goods are shipped.
Return Information
If you wish to return an item, you must notify Conny Lashes within thirty (30) days of delivery of the order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received them.
Once the returned items have been received and inspected, you will be reimbursed for the return approved items. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Please allow 4 weeks for the refund to be processed.
